well I’ll tell you what, 8 years ago when I went down, the paramedics were there to help me up and today when I tripped and hit the floor again, they arrived and UP I went… Be good to your knees, you never know when you are going to need them! ❤
well as I have been using a walker since 2006, what everyone holds their breath about (they are finally telling me after all these years) is me falling because I have tried to use me knees to help me but to no avail… Well, it has been 8 years since I fell and when I went down today, I was alone here in the house and I tripped over the WALKER! I hit the ground, it was surreal because I could feel myself falling (it was tingly) and right now I am sore on the left side ribs, neck and hip. Thank God my brother came home 20 mins later and we called 911 and the fine gentlemen had me scoot onto a sheet and they grabbed each corner and stood me up! THEN I freaked out and bawled like a baby (shock was setting in). So, I am planning on layering up the lavender oil and going to bed in just a few minutes..
Right?! The jerk said down seven, up eight to me. LOL. ♡

Oh! You actually fell! Ouch! Are you ok? How bad was it. I can’t really complain. I just hit a plateau in my healing and I’m being forced to rest.

Falling ‘into’ the steps (on a ladder) ain’t no fun, either. LOL. Been there, done that. 🙂
