theatre of the mind

A blessing from the union of the mother rain and the father sun, she is a magnificent child who longs to have fun! Ballet dancer among the water drops, knowing that the curtain will rise when the downpour stops. Practicing a Grande Jete’ for the time is nearing, and she’ll take center stage as brother sky is clearing. Behold, the awe inspiring sight, revealing her costume; layers of multi-colored light. She arcs through the clouds, plays peek-a-boo with the trees, curtseying to the ground and her laughter; a gentle breeze. Oh Broadway could truly be jealous of this show, for people will stand outside, getting wet, just to see a rainbow!
