stretching yourself


Release the tension

Because muscles must relax

For you to rest well

Stretch slowly at first

Holding it longer each time

And be gentle too

Allow yourself time

To become used to movement

In small ways at first

Then one day you’ll find

Your body will be at peace

And move gracefully
