Oh the irony of it all! Sometimes we let go because we simply lack the strength to hang on any longer. Then when we see the positive changes of letting go we wonder why we took so long to do it. Thank you for the reminder!

Hanging on so tight;y, truly leaves us with nothing more than sore hands, wrists, shoulders, etc. in many cases… ❤
