I am happy to share a soup recipe I make all the time, with the Medicine Woman herself, Sally Cronin! This can be altered to taste and of course I would imagine anyone who has read this, has already thought of how to make it “their very own”. Thanks for the opportunity, Sally. Soup’s on, gang!

Sounds lovely. I made my own winter vegetable soup recently. I “smashed” rather than pureed though… gave it some texture — and let me work out some frustration! Haha. Have a thriving Thursday! Hugs.

Ooh, I love a good mash! I enjoy hearing how others make their soups. Soup is the one thing I will eat year round, so it is always helpful to change it up a bit! ❤

I don’t enjoy soup much in hot weather… but as soon as it begins to cool off outside I love to make soup of all kinds. Last year I found 2 new favorites, and they continue to be this year. One is mostly cannellini beans and kale (some turkey or ham if I have it). The other is potato-cauliflower. Then, of course, all sorts of others. Hugs.
