  1. LOL! I sure am glad I read that book. I don’t eat that many things that are bad for me but I do overeat because I think I am eating healthy so how can I gain? It is all about flexing our willpower muscle and not overtaxing it so it doesn’t work anymore. Thanks for sharing! ❤
