Attitude of Gratitude


Thank you for your attitude of gratitude! Every time you have taken “that breath” releasing the stress and taking in the next fresh breath, you have experienced gratitude. As you have allowed yourself to surrender to the immediate situation, you have set off a chain reaction of better coming your way. The longer you stay in that forward motion, the better it gets for you. The better life gets for you, the better it gets for all life in general!

 Affirmation: I am allowing myself to breathe easier.

  3. So true and so hard to do sometimes. Humans lack the vision to see how much our attitudes can hurt or help us.
