A baby bird thought…

Wings are such curious things

I have some right here

They move up and down

And they are lighter than air

I’ll try them one day

I’ll lift them and say

Take me to places beyond

Where I’ve always been

One day I will be

Curious enough to try

To let myself fly

  2. Great poem Annette. Keep working on flying. When I was in my 20’s I had some out of body experiences when I was asleep, it felt and looked like I was flying. And I was not on drugs.
