As is any mother of one of her children, I am so proud of this baby.
It was inspired by a video of a little girl standing on her bathroom vanity sink, looking in the mirror, giving herself a pep talk! She jumps down, at the end, pumped for her day. I had been doing something like this for myself for over a decade. A year ago, I began posting my own little pep-talks daily on Facebook, designed to remind people that they can do anything! I would write whatever came into my head as I stared at the computer screen, ending it with GO YOU!! The response showed me that this was something people needed.
Finally, I figured out that being able to provide something tangible might be a good idea and thus the book write itself. This way, people can carry it around with them, gift it to others and have some encouragement without having to be plugged into social media.

Naturally, this book can inspire YOU to come up with your OWN pep-talks. Using the energy of your thoughts to empower yourself to get through a circumstance or a day.
