Wow, this was a fabulous interview, Annette and Dean. So much of what you said, Dean, has also been my experience. One of the first things my shaman teacher told me was, “Stay out of the Why and be in on the What.” Focus, feel it, and then let go… I, too, have found the most effective way to enter the subconscious is through the back door. The beliefs we so tenaciously hold on to have been cultivated throughout our lives, and if enter the subconscious through the front door with a conflicting thought, it sees it as a threat to our survival. I’d best stop here before I write an entire post! Thanks so much for sharing your inspiring thoughts, Dean. And thank you, darlin’ Annette, for your passion in bringing us such valuable podcasts. Hugs to both of you 💜💜

Aww, thank you, Annette. You are such a sweet and remarkable friend. And that book you mentioned (the title of which I can’t extract from my weary mind) I also read long ago and was profoundly moved. I swear, our lives mirrored each other in so many ways… Hugs, sister ❤
