Three Day Quote Challenge – Body Image – Day Three

Thank you, Bette A Stevens, for nominating me the this challenge and I leave the floor open to any and all who may wish to participate. Have a grand time!

DAY THREE finds me sharing one final thought on BODY IMAGE. I love this one because it reminds me that my image, reflects what it is I tell myself. From here on in, I tell myself the good things and unless someone else is telling me good things, I simply consider the source.

  1. Your body hears everything your mind says ….. absolutely true. …and amazing…infact I was talking about the importance of believing in yourself to friends early morning today…..and also about the hue and cry amongst people from this generation ….. every one wants a justification from others about how you look , how you are etc etc…But we should keep in mind one thing ….that we become what we think about ourselves…..

  8. That is a deep quote. We often watch our mouths and what comes out of them, but let our thoughts run amuck. This is beautiful!
