Yay! Here we are, on the first of 30 days of self-care activities. The goal, is to create a better lives for ourselves by demonstrating self-care.
Day 1
Today: MAKE A LIST OF ALL YOUR GOOD QUALITIES
You pay your bills on time. You are a good listener. You love animals. You remember to say thank you. And the list goes on and on. Affix this list somewhere you will see it at least a couple times a day. On the bathroom mirror perhaps (or next to it). Maybe putting it on your refrigerator would be good. You’ll come up with the perfect spot. Remember to READ THIS LIST to YOURSELF at least twice a day. Add to it, when you think of other qualities that make you glad that you are YOU!
