Day 16

Today: GO FOR A WALK

 Lace up the sneakers and hit the road. Or take the clothes off the treadmill and get a going! Grab the dog if you are  heading outdoors, you’ll be glad you did.

  4. Just about to do this, walk to the beach hut, walk along the cliff. Walking anywhere is good.
