My brother has been making sourdough bread lately. Such good stuff. Of course, as each loaf takes 2 days to make, methinks he needs to have another castiron pot to bake with so he can back 2 loaves at once. 🙂

Yes, and my brother has been on a sourdough breadmaking and soup kick! At least 2 loaves and 2 pots a week. #tasty
