Embracing Change

While the smaller tree is losing its leaves

The larger tree is still vibrant green

The grass hosts crumbled golden bits

Squirrels hunt for food to store

They grab the healthy leaves

Off the larger tree

To reinforce

Winter nests

From the

Wind
