Cash for Cars

The junkyard near the train tracks was his favorite place. No charge to wander and remember how beautiful the old cars used to look when they were both young and vital.

Chrome should shine, so it was a good thing he had a bandana in his back pocket. Soon, the metal became a mirror.

As he stepped back to admire his work, he noticed some coins that must have dropped when he took out the bandana.

The junkyard owner happened to look up just as the old man left. It was worth a few coins to see him smile!
