As
The mist
Is lifting
Tiny beings
Find themselves exposed
Seeking sanctuary
Of trees, bushes, and flowers
Too timid for interaction
With elementals of human kind
Waiting silently for mist to return

She sat and wondered
What causes it to thunder
Just before rain falls
Perhaps it’s fairies
Wanting to travel to earth
To give dirt a drink
This would help flowers
To bloom and grow big and strong
Moisture helps the seeds
Possibly it’s like
Her father once said to her
Thunder’s clouds bowling
