Keep Moving

Shake your body alive

Feel the energy soar

So much so, you’ll want more

Do it again

Rise

Every morning’s light

Offers opportunity

To leave dark behind

And live a brighter today

In love’s appreciation

Wonder Woman

She was quite the bully

She felt like a zero

She needed a hero

She felt alone

But whom she was hurting

Because she was so sad

From all the pain she had

Was just herself

And when she stopped picking

On others to feel good

She finally understood

She was ready

To learn about loving

Embracing forgiveness

Becoming a witness

To true healing

Good Packing

Woke up to snow today

Pretty while it’s falling

Travel it is stalling

Kids look for gloves

A Wing Thing

Kick butt, breakthrough moment

The trigger has been pulled

A plan to be fulfilled

Victorious!
