Well, it took us a while but we DID IT!  We created our very own RADIO NETWORK on Blog Talk Radio (BTR). http://www.blogtalkradio.com/themagichappens is LIVE and filled with terrific programs.  Our schedule is updated continuously with NEW SEGMENTS and SHOWS while our ARCHIVES are growing each week.  Some of the shows you can enjoy feature interviews with the fascinating writers who fill the pages of our digital magazine with great content while still other shows are designed to introduce you to and hold the space for people not as yet connected to TMH but are in their own ways, Thriving Out Loud! My name is Annette Rochelle Aben and I am one of 6 Editors of a wonderful on-line experience known as The Magic Happens. It is my honor and role as a caretaker of this endeavor to SHARE who we are and what we do with as many people as possible. Our complete story can be found on our site http://www.themagichappens.com but for right now, I will give you enough information to hopefully spark your curiosity and entreat you hither!
For several years many of us have enjoyed the offerings of this remarkable on-line magazine known as THE MAGIC HAPPENS. To be able to visit the site on any given day whether you have a few minutes to spare or an hour or two to drink in the wit and wisdom of writers from ALL over the world is truly MAGIC. There are articles that may make you think, stories that conjure belly laughs, chortles and chuckles as well as some awe inspiring photography among the offerings. Ah yes, The Magic Happens IS a treasure that is genuinely magical.
While the offerings will change from issue to issue, fresh every 2 months as of right now (September 2014) the archives date back to day one. Take a few and enjoy the progression of style of those who have been writing for the magazine from the beginning to the current issue. One of the things the staff of The Magic Happens prides itself on is not just providing space for writers to present their works but it also helping those who are trying to find themselves as writers, grow and flourish. Many a fledgling scribe has come to test their wings and with some gentle guidance has emerged as a confident collaborator! Some have stayed while others have moved on but everyone from the readers to the other contributors have become the richer for the experience.
There are going to be many changes over the next few months, such as new writers coming on board, the issues coming out monthly instead of every two months and some different features to be introduced to further engage the audience. As we continue to create MAGIC here with the magazine, we INVITE YOU to JOIN US, be a part of what we do and help us CREATE MAGIC for years to come for even if you only stay a short while, whatever you contribute becomes an eternal part of how The Magic Happens.
