Back in the day, I had friends who ate honey on peanut butter and banana sandwiches for energy. Of course, they were athletes and knew what they were doing. Me? I just like a banana dipped in peanut butter.

The sounds like a good combination! I eat peanut butter with apples. I think long time ago I tried a peanut butter and banana sandwich.
