Stay In Play

Every

At bat is

A hit and not

Every hit’s a run

Swing and miss or foul ball

Might seem to happen quite often

Bask in the glory of the golden

Moments when you’re waved around the bases

And tagging each one to the sound of cheers

Home plate is in sight as you slide in

The call is SAFE and the crowd roars

You own this perfect moment

Realizing that it’s

The power behind

Every swing missed

That makes odds

Favor

You
