Thank you for your attitude of gratitude! Those “down times” often mistaken for moments of weakness, might possibly be your saving grace. When your body or mind are resting, you are allowing your energy to find balance. This will allow you greater access to your inner strength when needed. Embrace that time and enjoy the benefits.
